The YPG works hand in hand with The ALS Association Greater New York Chapter to find a cure for ALS and to provide patient services to families living with the disease. The YPG's annual fundraising efforts focus on two primary events, including the New York City Walk to Defeat ALS and a Fall Benefit.

The mission of the Young Professionals Group (YPG) is to generate awareness of the fight against ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) by developing fun, sophisticated and meaningful opportunities for their peers to get involved in the cause.
