The ALS Association, Greater New York Chapter is affiliated with The Stony Brook ALS Center, located at Stony Brook University Hospital, 179 North Belle Meade Road, East Setauket, New York, to bring quality care to patients on Long Island.
Geared toward helping patients live more productively and independently, the Center provides a coordinated program of medical treatment, rehabilitation techniques and psychological support in a warm and compassionate environment. Comprehensive assessments, diagnostic and follow-up testing education and treatment are individualized for each patient.

Hours and Appointments
The ALS Center is currently open on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month by appointment. The Center is readily accessible to patients in wheelchairs.
